@fortelabs I have used OneNote at work but for personal use it's painful. In chrome, the web clipper is buggy. And it seems incapable of storing twitter bookmarks. Copy and paste not good either as loses the formatting. Evernote much better on those items. Thoughts?

It is a LOT more common now! 🙌 I actually gave a talk on this last week in Dublin at SRECon called ✨The Engineer/Manager Pendulum Goes Mainstream✨ The gist: moving back and forth used to be rare. Now it isn't, but we haven't added any institutional support for it.

@tottinge Just had a convo about the same topic with my friend @alexbunardzic. Most teams prefer resource efficiency over flow efficiency, resulting in long lead times and huge wastes. Instead of optimizing at the level of individuals, we should be optimizing for delivering features.

Seriously, you have no idea how must waste, blockage, delay, communication failure, risk, and interpersonal conflict is CAUSED by working solo on separate partial, dependent tasks. If you start to see it, it will break your heart. It is so much unnecessary work and trouble.

Why are you not working with Azure Functions? ⚡ I had the opportunity to work with Azure Functions on several projects, and I have consistently been impressed with their capabilities. For those who may not be familiar, don't worry. Let me give you a brief intro. 🧵

I envision delays, phase gates, and way too much WIP as people drive to remain busy while dealing with the issues mentioned.
