Hi @CitImmCanada, I hope you can help me clarify a double. I received my ITA on December 9. I’ll complete one year of work experience on January 06, 2021 but I was granted points for that on December 09. I was wondering if I can accept the ITA or what should I do. Thank you.

As of today, any foreign national who holds a valid Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) is able to travel to Canada. If your COPR is about to expire, or has expired, we will soon have instructions on our website about how to get reissued documents. canada.ca/en/immigration…

@AgnesCassa Ontario health cards that expired on or after March 1st, 2020 will remain valid and legal past expiry until further notice. Although not required, if you still want to renew your documentation, you may do so through our online renewal services at Ontario.ca/Services

Good morning, @ServiceOntario I saw on the website that Health Card expiry date was extended. Does it apply to temporary residents? My OHIP expired last October, but I got a new work permit and I’m still working full time. Do I need to renew mine at this time? Thank you!

@AgnesCassa 1/2 Hi. This is an issue with how the system calculates work experience. If you will have the year of experience when you apply, you can go ahead and accept the ITA and include a letter of explanation about the situation.
