@aaraynsh It's because we don't have end to end roads ending in drains.
Unlike most countries, we have narrow roads (due to corruption) ending with mostly mud on either side. Heavy vehicles rake up a lot of dust whenever they pass.

@dp_beer @rishav_sharma1 We are an extreme minority to even talk about this. I see absolutely no civic sense in even upper class parents and kids. Most are just filthy. And there is no politician even bothered about all this.
I really hope things get better.

@Agnostic_Ind @rishav_sharma1 It’s not schools only ! When middle class kids go home they see their parents with no hygiene , no manners or civic sense and they learn these bad habbits quickly and the cycle goes on ! Fines can scare people but habit and culture take long time to change !

🚨 Bhopal Metro is running almost empty. Trips were cut. Timings were changed. Still, on most weekdays, not even 200 people are using it. Meanwhile, the state govt is spending around ₹8 Lakh every day. In 2.5 months, this amounts to nearly ₹6 Crore in expenditure.
