@viewfinderin @ShivrattanDhil1 The joker posting doesn’t realize that gulf govts don’t function like he does , there are multiple back up plants ,used at times of maintenance and shutdown and contingency plans have been in place ! I think he thinks like Indian govt and feels the world functions like that

@ShivrattanDhil1 Valid points. But UAE leadership gets it. Strategic reserves, diversified partnerships, and forward thinking policies are already addressing these vulnerabilities.

Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi nearly 99% share of their drinking water comes from desalination plants. That’s seawater, with almost no natural freshwater sources. Imagine if such critical desalination facilities were ever targeted the consequences could be disastrous. With around 85–90% of food imported and heavy dependence on desalinated water, Gulf countries are extremely vulnerable to supply disruptions. Modern geopolitics isn’t just about military power it’s about resources, infrastructure, and resilience. The recent tensions have also shown that the US alone isn’t as all-powerful as many assume. Countries like Iran, with strategic geography and asymmetric capabilities, have shown how they can influence global energy routes and regional stability. The world is being reminded that true power today lies in control of resources, choke points, and self-sufficiency not just alliances. 👍🏻 #Geopolitcs

@RajkumarPR8 Stupidest post I have ever read ! 1.5L a year as a safety net is most critical ! A sensible person would invest in PPF and then invest the rest for returns !

Almost a decade ago, my investment journey began with a strong focus on guaranteed returns. I consistently invested nearly 1 lakh in PPF each year during the first week of April. However, as I gained a deeper understanding of the importance of inflation-adjusted returns, my approach shifted. I reduced my contributions to PPF, now making only the minimum deposit of 500 Rupees to keep the account active. Whenever possible, I withdrew funds from my PPF to invest in alternative assets that provide better inflation-adjusted returns. My mindset has transformed from seeking guaranteed returns every year to prioritizing inflation-adjusted returns over the long term. The enclosed image illustrates the decline in PPF interest rates over the past 25 years, showing a significant 42% drop in returns.

@dp_beer @theronitbhatia Canadians belong in Canada. Just because someone was given a piece of paper from a treasonous government, doesn't mean they belong. Punjabi= indian= Bangladeshi = pakistani = brahmin= dalit. They are all the same.

@Agnostic_Ind @rishav_sharma1 It’s not schools only ! When middle class kids go home they see their parents with no hygiene , no manners or civic sense and they learn these bad habbits quickly and the cycle goes on ! Fines can scare people but habit and culture take long time to change !

In my opinion India can be transformed overnight if we just focus on cleanliness, just cleanliness, nothing else. Make it a national priority Many buildings in Italy don’t even have plaster on them but they still look 100 times beautiful, simply because of the clean surroundings

International students in Winnipeg protesting to get their work permits extended. What’s the point of changing the policy if they are going to be allowed to keep protesting ad infinitum instead of ensuring that they leave Canada when their permits expire? instagram.com/reel/DWsBZaeDe…

Believe me, Underground Metro is the best way of travelling intracity. If a city has good Metro infrastructure, there is no meaning of buying or using car.

@Caatalystt @InvestorOfJAMMU Mumbai is maybe the only city in India where metro could work due to the way city is built it’s mostly a straight line and built vertically

@InvestorOfJAMMU Agree, but not only metros. One can avoid using cars even if there are plenty of cabs, buses and autos imo. I have a relative living in mumbai who never misses having his personal car. Plus, in cities if you have a car, you must buy a parking space. 💰

@InvestorOfJAMMU Found Paris metro the best so far( comparison to delhi and london). In paris you are never more than 300-400 metres away from a metro station and most of it is underground, some places 3 levels deep.

@InvestorOfJAMMU It’s not about the metro ! You need to plan cities and towns around the metro ! A place like delhi you can’t commute in metro as it’s spread out ! It’s like NYC metro works whereas LA it doesn’t ! You can’t look at metro in isolation !

@theronitbhatia They are canadian citizens, where would you expell them,to Antarctica. CIA & canadian intelligence agencies have created & funded Khalistan,to use it as leverage against India. In 70's & 80's they run programme in Gurudwaras. Pannu is also under CIA security.

@Normal_2610 No one is absorbing anything ! For over 6 years the oil was priced at $45-60 but Indians were paying Rs 100 for it ! So the govt and OMCsmade windfall profits .. now oil is $100 so typically they can keep prices same for 6years to square up the unreasonable charges in the past

Government is absorbing the oil shock rather than passing it to consumers. That is politically smart, especially with state elections in four states next month. But the fiscal math is ugly. Oil marketing companies like BPCL, HPCL, and IOC are now absorbing combined daily under-recoveries of ₹24 billion - roughly $250 million per day. The bond market saw this immediately. The 10-year government bond yield spiked to 6.95%, its highest in 20 months, rising 17 basis points in a single week, one of the worst bond weeks in years.

Pakistan currently have 3.5 billion Dollars of its own forex reserves. In April, Pakistan has to pay : 1.3 billion dollars towards payment of Eurobond. 3.5 Billion Dollars to UAE Total Reserves Left : 11 Billion Dollars Out of 11 Billion Dollars : 9 Billion Dollars cannot be used as they are safe Reserves by Saudi and China.
