Homeschooling officially kicks off this week. Choir, track, dance, music, etc all are starting up again. A lot happening in the Walsh household. I am not an organized person and struggle to plan ahead. I live in the moment. I have not learned the art of meal prepping. I can renovate a house and manage crews, get the kids to all their activities, and get a hobby farm going, but I cannot for the life of me meal prep. So, help me out. What’s your best advice for meal prepping? Send me your best crock pot dishes, on the go healthy snacks, go to recipes, but please do not send me casserole recipes. I have not gotten to the level of a casserole wielding, mini van driving, clothing labeling mama yet.

My diet to lose weight and to be pain-free: Six raw runny eggs with parmesan cheese, 1/2 pound (220g) of basically raw British beef, fried quickly in ghee, topped with butter. 1380 calories. Zero-ish carbs (sugars, starches). 75% animal fat. Weight 78.7kgs at 5'10". Goal: 74kg

My first language was Gàdhlig, but I stopped speaking it when I went to English school. When I was 36 my daughter asked me if I would teach her, so I started speaking it to my kids and felt like I had found a piece of myself that was missing all my life. #IsMiseGàidhlig

#100daysofhomeed -Day6 - Pond study - 2 newts, bugs + nymph. Used a jar as an underwater viewer. Looked at samples under the microscope.
