It's alleged that the complainant is Gem MP Elisha Odhiambo who is accusing Vincent of ' Cyber Harassment '. This looks like another case of using state machineries to intimidate bloggers for calling out theft of public resources. Elisha Odhiambo is the thug who should be in jail and not Vincent. The reason why Vincent was arrested on a Friday is because it's Easter and courts are in a recess until 8th of April 2026 and such timing is a deliberate plan to intimidate Vincent.
