However, since then, no official meeting has been held for over six years. Consequently, all associations of Group-B & C are kept in the dark about cadre restructuring, as has been the historical trend. Previous cadre restructuring efforts have overwhelmingly focused on uplifting the IRS cadre, while neglecting other groups. Therefore, we request to include at least one member from every recognized association, as is the practice in CBDT, to ensure fair representation and transparency in the cadre restructuring process.
