It is absolutely disgusting on part of @JandKBank for such inefficient mechanism. I applied for so called INSTANT SERVICE on 10th of April and after 5 days, there has been no response at all. The digital channels including Tele Helpline/Email communication is absolutely pathetic

It is absolutely pathetic on part of @JandKBank for claiming to be customer friendly but in reality there is huge divide. Applied for one of the services that is supposed to be INSTANT but sadly even after 24 hours there has been no update.

I tried to apply for one of the services but don't know what has gone wrong. Tried to reachout for redressal but so far nothing substantial has taken place. @JandKBank
