Blessed morning everyone! Woke up with a heavy heart thinking about all of the evil and ugliness in this world right now. The images at the border are not only disturbing but inhumane. THIS HAS TO STOP!!!

I’m not saying you gotta like South Carolina, but you gotta at least show respect to a program that’s one of top contenders in the country. Leaving them off the Final Four promo is disrespectful

People like Sheryl Swoopes, Tina Thompson and Candace Parker haven't received the flowers they're due for normalizing balancing motherhood and career. The sacrifices they made to bounce back from pregnancy and compete in the WNBA cannot be understated.

Good fucking morning to everybody except the ICE agents who kidnapped a blind man, realized they had no basis to deport him, and then released him five miles from his home. He died, scared and alone, just trying to find his way back to his house. That’s evil.

Have you ever wondered which team posted the highest winning percentage across a single season in WNBA history? That distinction belongs to the Houston Comets, who went (31–4) during the 1998 regular season and playoffs. Their .886 winning percentage remains the best the league has ever seen. During the regular season, the Comets finished (27–3), including a 15-game win streak. Two of their three losses were decided by just three points, and 19 of their 27 wins came by double digits. They backed that up with a (4–1) playoff run, becoming the first team in WNBA history to repeat as champions. But it wasn’t easy. After dropping Game 1 of the Finals to Phoenix, Houston found itself down 62–50 with 7:24 left in Game 2. From there, the Comets closed the game on a 16–4 run, forced overtime, and pulled out the win before taking Game 3 to clinch the title. Cynthia Cooper led the way, averaging (23.1) points and (4.4) assists across 35 games, becoming the first player in league history with multiple MVP and Finals MVP awards. She was later joined in that group by Lisa Leslie, Breanna Stewart, and A'ja Wilson. Sheryl Swoopes added (15.7) points, (5.9) rebounds, and (2.4) steals, while Tina Thompson chipped in (12.5) points and (7.4) rebounds, rounding out one of the greatest trios the league has ever seen. 🪄

Linda was minutes away from the school where she taught a special education class when ICE agents rammed their vehicles into her car while chasing a US citizen. They struck her car, and left her to bleed out without offering any type of first aid until the paramedics arrived.
