@AirCanada is becoming the worse North American (continent) airline. Flight constantly delayed and cancelled for no apparent reason. YUL to ORD cancelled because the was a storm in Chicago in the morning the flight were to depart at 1 pm the storm gone as quickly as it came.

@AirCanada I had the weirdest experience when I was at an Alliance lounge in an airport in another country. It was clean. The staff was incredibly hard-working, fast and pleasant. Things were cleaned up quickly, and food was replaced.

@AirCanada The cabin maintenance needs improvement, specifically the electrical outlets. The plugs are incredibly loose, meaning chargers continuously fall out and fail to provide power. Incredibly frustrating.

6 hours sitting on a tarmac and @AirCanada says no compensation is required because it was a “safety issue” when the issue was rectified within 1.5 hours. You leave Canadian customers no choice but to use other international carriers. Do Better.

I’m always having PTSD when I fly @AirCanada and yesterday wasn’t any different. They started by handing me cold (practically frozen) & stale chicken wrap at the start of the flight. They then proceeded to land at a one terminal, but sending passengers to a different terminal to pickup their baggage. The pilot wasn’t even sure/audible. We had to figure out the terminal ourselves. It’s literally the worst airline ever.
