I’m so sad to hear about the passing of Jenni Murray. She was a brilliant human being . Her years on Womans Hour cannot be matched . She was also very very kind to me personaly. I admired her so much.

Jenni Murray lit a spark that started a wildfire. It was her cancellation that led to the issue moving outside of feminist circles and coming to the attention of normies (like me!) It was an absolute insult for the BBC to have Harriet Harman on the Today Programme where she insinuated that Murray’s principled stand detracted from her feminism rather than forming an integral part of it.

Harriet Harman should contemplate whether she would be ok with a similar statement being made about her failure to stand up for women’s rights immediately after her death or whether she would consider that deeply insulting to her memory & grieving loved ones.

Jenni Murray was a feminist - a sister. Harriet Harman is an upper middle class politician who used women’s rights to promote her career, until we were no longer useful to her and she jumped on the passing gender ID bandwagon. Shameful response from her.

Take her name out of your mouth. You have betrayed women and destroyed all faith in the left. You were a heroine of mine as a teenager and then it turned out you were a self serving, sellout who never gave a damn about women's rights (or children's safety). Jenni Murray was the real deal.

My son just got a written warning from college for a private conversation discussing trans shit with friends. I reckon I’m about to go scorched earth on these twats.

@HarrietHarman I wonder you’re not embarrassed to comment on Jenni Murray. She stood up for women whilst you’ve capitulated to men including themselves in our spaces, sports and politics. Perhaps you could take some inspiration from Jenni, Harriet & show some courage.
