Denham Capital sold its $AFM.V stake at CAD 0.70/share… just some months before the company declared a CAD 0.07 interim dividend that will be topped up. Now that the conflict has calmed down and the shareholder return commitment is there I am a buyer again (much cheaper than I sold btw).

Maybe an S&P upgrade helps. Latest was apr25 from BBB+ negative to BBB stable.
Maybe if they push ahead quickly with their datacenter plans it helps rerate the stock, similar to Merlin Properties

@ShalinSShah @ClarkSquareCap 2) Increased stake in GCP (residential). From 62.5% to 81.5%. $GYC.DE also publicly listed and cheap. So creating value.
3) Q4 results were pretty good. And after many years thye have reinstated the dividend. Good sign

@pepiteseurope Company struggled big time during Covid... So I guess it is ok not have had everything in order. It is a 50 people company...
With all recent growth and cash flow generation, things will get fixed by themselves
I am ok, if net income gets affected next year

@AitorGarcia yes was a bit surprised at the structure, although better than french companies at that MC, usually at best you have a simple 5 page annual report ..

@pepiteseurope Happened to me with some junior gold miners quite recently
I sold most. And I kept a bit. Knowing that I had already locked in my initial investment with an additional gain. Then psychologically, I can let it run
However, if it keeps growing, you face the same dilemma again🤣

I have a genuine question to FinX, how do you do when one of your share goes parabolic ?
I have $vyt.mc that is going from ATH to ATH defying gravity laws .. and I start to see even on LinkedIn post about the company and its performance.
I still like the company but now it just doesn't make any sense - PE north of 40 .. I already trimmed extensively, but now I wonder what to do next.
I wouldn't mind that the share halved so that it makes for a more reasonable valuation, but it would be a shame to sit on such money. But on the other hand, it would be stupid to not cash out on a meme stock train.
What I am thinking is to get the best of both world, is to put a stop loss order, but maybe confronting the wisdom of crowd could lead to better outcome ..

Empresa española que cotiza en BME Growth, enfocada en la automatización de los servicios en hoteles/empresas.
Me parece interesante, sobretodo enfocada un mercado donde predomina el turismo. Tienen filiales en LATAM.
