जैसे कि अथॉरिटी और बिल्डर 2010 से लगातार देते आ रहे हैं। हर साल शुभकामनाओं के साथ “अगले साल सारी सुविधाएँ मिल जाएँगी” का भरोसा और जब अगला साल भी निकल जाए, तो कोई बात नहीं 2027 की शुभकामनाएँ पहले से तैयार रहेंगी।
ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट मेट्रो और सिटी बस सर्विस..??
ऐसी ख्वाहिशें, जो 2025 में भी हक़ीक़त बनने से पहले ही दम तोड़ चुकीं।ये वो योजनाएँ हैं जो फाइलों में पैदा होती हैं, काग़ज़ों पर जवान होती हैं और वहीं अंतिम साँस ले लेती हैं।अब देखना ये है कि 2026 में जनता की ज़रूरतें पूरी होंगी या फिर एक बार फिर मुंगेरी लाल के हसीन सपनों की नई क़िस्त परोसी जाएगी। हक़ीक़त ये है कि कुछ सरकारी योजनाएँ जनता के लिए नहीं, बिल्डरों के ब्रॉशर सजाने और फ्लैट बिकवाने के लिए होती हैं। बाबुओं के लिए स्थानीय निवासियों और घर ख़रीदारों की ज़रूरतें आख़िरी पायदान में जीता हैl
पहले सगुफ़ा छोड़ो,
फिर बिल्डरों को ज़मीन बेचो,
फिर उन्हें मुनाफ़ा दिलाओ,
और उसके बाद, गहरी शांति धारण कर लो।
निवासी और घर ख़रीदार?वो तो रोज़ी-रोटी की जुगाड़ में इतने व्यस्त हैं कि सुविधाओं की माँग के लिए अधिकारियों के चक्कर कैसे लगाएँ? और अगर लगाएँ भी, तो ये भी तय नहीं कि कितने साल तक उन्हीं चक्करों में घूमते रहेंगे।
बस यही है ग्रेनो वेस्ट का विकास मॉडल—
सपने हर साल नए, तारीख़ हर साल आगे, और सुविधाएँ… हमेशा अगले साल।
