Some of us in the Web3 space don't realise our progress, because we are too focused on what we haven't achieved yet. We most times compare ourselves with others, forgetting where we started and how far we have come. In this space, it's easy to feel left behind. Everyone is posting wins, big earnings and showcasing deep knowledge, and that will make us begin to question our own efforts. We are learning and things are making sense, but the moment we see someone explaining complex stuff or having deep understanding of a particular matter, we start doubting ourselves because we forget there was a time when we knew nothing. We can flip $10 to $50 and it feels like a big win. But then we see someone talking about turning $1k into $10k, and suddenly our result feels small. We forget how hard it was just to turn that first $10 into $11. We forget how many losses we took before we started seeing any profit at all. We secured our first $50 monthly crypto job and we were excited. Then we see someone post about making $5k a month, and suddenly the pressure comes in. We forget there was a time when even getting a $5 job felt impossible. This is how we move. We always want to move forward, but never stop to look back and see how far we have come. We don't appreciate the little wins anymore. We don't celebrate the progress from level one to level two.. from a beginner who was once confused and always losing, to someone who can now boast about making a little profit. It's okay to feel inspired when others share their journey. It's normal to want more for ourselves, and even healthy to push harder and dream bigger, but let's not let it blind us from noticing our own growth. Let's not allow someone else's chapter 10 to make us feel like our chapter 2 isn't valid. Everyone's journey is different. Some started before us and have more resources that's why they are ahead. We need to understand they have paid the price, and they're still paying that's why they are continuously growing. And we, on the other hand, need to pay our own price to grow. So instead of feeling pressured by their progress, let's relax and think of how we started. Think of how clueless we were when the journey began compared to what we now know and what we can do. We have greatly improved. We are not where we want to be yet, but thankfully we are not where we used to be. That's real progress, real growth, and it's something to be proud of. Let's keep building, keep learning, and keep improving till we become satisfied with the outcome of our efforts. This piece is not only for Web3/Crypto bros, but for everyone in all disciplines. We are doing better than we think. #AjiksonDefi #Web3Evangelist @MirraTerminal

One thing I’ve realized is that if you want to maintain momentum, you have to learn to forgive yourself. Because it usually doesn’t fall apart in a big way. It’s just one day you don’t show up. You feel it. Maybe even tell yourself you’ll do better the next day. Then the next day comes and it happens again. And before you know it, it becomes harder to come back than it was to just continue. I’ve been there. What I’m learning now is that sitting in guilt doesn’t really fix anything. You just accept that it happened, forgive yourself, and move again. Not as a big moment or decision. Just get back to it from that point. And keep going.

If there’s one thing I would say right now, it’s this: You can be deep in an abyss and still find your way out. You can get completely lost and still find your way back. You can lose your confidence entirely and somehow regain it like it never left. Even the worst moments can end up becoming the turning point. Sometimes, it’s just about getting it right once. And from there, everything starts to shift. Just keep fighting for yourself, with yourself, until you win the battle. And I hope you win.

@pr0_journal It works the same way. It just depends on how an individual decides to go about it.

I noticed something while posting on X: When you think about going from 100 followers to 1,000, it can feel overwhelming. But when you focus on the small wins, every 100 followers, every new connection, every meaningful interaction, it starts to feel achievable. What if trading works the same way?

@Boy__Austin There's a point here. I would say that's the best way to learn , not only trading but everything that requires learning.

Started trading in search of financial freedom only to discover it's tool for self awareness and personal development. I'm now obsessed with becoming better everyday. Not stopping anytime soon.📈🧠

@QueenXenthe You just touched something very important, especially the part of criticism. No one who wants to build publicly will escape that. It's not just to accept the reality and keep moving regardless.

I don’t know how you want to grow in a public space without being aware of the things that come with it. A lot of people will dislike you even when you’ve done nothing to them. Some will criticize every mistake you make because they expect perfection…a standard they can’t even maintain themselves. Be ready for body shaming, broke shaming, and every other type of shaming you can think of. Just do your thing anyway. In the end, people will clap for you because you had the courage to do what many of them have been planning for years but couldn’t do because they were waiting to feel ready or perfect.

I am active this morning and building …… Everyday as a person make sure you are 1% better at what you do, it is a normal thing in life for you to have bumps just like how the charts look like, even in the uptrend there will always be a pull back, but make sure your pull back will have a come back. Stay focus and less distracted, seek more everytime, don’t be shy to ask questions, no one will beat you for that, the highest they can do is snub. Be smart my gees and I will see you on the next one. Active.

I’ve passed the stage of trading prop firm accounts as a trader. When I started trading, I didn’t even know anything like prop firm accounts existed. Good old days when we traded $100 to $1,000, then $1,000 to $10,000. Yes, it use to take a very long time, sometimes months, to get there, but here I am today trading a 7-figure account. I still stand by this: Trade with your own rules and your own style not rules designed by others, especially when those rules are built for you to fail so they can profit. We are trading to be free, and there is nothing free about prop firms. If me and many traders before the prop firm era made it from scratch, you can too. All you need is knowledge, patience, and discipline. This is for newbies pls be safe out there.
