Dear All, Pls provide option of revoking Form-10IEA wrongly filed.
I completely agree that it was my mistake and should have read it thoroughly, but it was genuine mistake and taxpayer shouldn’t be penalized for genuine cases. Pls

While the new regime is giving maximum benefit, taxpayer unintentionally filed form 10IEA. Approached CPC and they informed there is no option and must go with old regime :(
