In a statement Mmamoloko Kubayi, says she welcomes the swift action taken to suspend the prosecutor pending the institution of appropriate disciplinary action by National Prosecutions Authority. Minister Kubayi goes on to say she expresses disappointment and regret in the manner the events turned out at the Kwaggafontein Magistrate Court.
