We reviewed your booking and see that your refund has been processed from our end to your travel agent/platform and you can download your updated refund receipt from our Akasa Air website under the "Manage Booking" tab to confirm the same. To receive it, we would advise you to connect with them directly to know about it. For any other assistance, we are here to assist you. Additionally, to protect your privacy, we kindly request that you delete your booking reference from your post and avoid sharing personal information on public platforms.
