@ChucklingChrly I’ve been an adjuster for over 25 years. This SF adjuster is an idiot. I can tell by looking the roof is not reparable. The adjuster should be performing a brittle test to see when they break. I can tell they’re going to break with minimal bending.

The amount of linguistical gymnastics this adjuster is trying to do to wiggle out of paying for this roof is unbelievable. I'm waiting for the guy to break out the game twister with all the contorting he is doing. State farm and their practices are beyond corrupt.

This is outrageous.. Not a single person on my flight is masked up while we’re in the middle of a double pandemic (Covid + Hantavirus). I politely informed the flight attendant that this is a super spreader event. She just shrugged and walked away. I've already filed a formal complaint with the FAA and CDC. This is reckless and cannot stand. Masks save lives, the science is settled on that.
