Then explain how Western Europe changed suddenly after 1945. Countries which constitute Western Europe were bitter enemies for centuries but after World War 2 they became so friendly that they integrated their economies and did away with borders. The same template can apply in South Asia if all parties are willing. Only talks can lead there. India has been projecting power and Pakistan is matching it, time and again in every recent conflict. For the past 2–3 days, the issue involving Arshdeep Singh and Tilak Varma has been spreading across social media like wildfire. In it, Arshdeep allegedly mocked Tilak over his dark skin tone by calling him “Andhera.” Now, many people are criticizing Arshdeep for this, which is completely justified. However, on the other hand, some people are targeting the entire Sikh community and making very offensive remarks against them, which clearly reflects their double standards. At the same time, if this is viewed without an “American Lens,” some people may not even see it as entirely wrong, because such teasing is often common among friends in our society. In our Society, people are often given nicknames by family or friends based on their appearance or personality. Common examples include names like “Kala”(Dark), “Gora”(Fair), “Bhura”(Brown), “Chitta”(Fair/White), “Nikka”(Short), “Lamboo”(Tall), & “Patlu”(Thin). One of the biggest examples is Amitabh Bachchan, who is still popularly referred to as “Lamboo” among many rural communities because of his height. But these days, on social media, every small issue quickly gets blown out of proportion. 2-3 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ Social Media ਤੇ Arshdeep Singh ਤੇ Tilak Verma ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਅੱਗ ਵਾਂਗ ਭਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ. ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ Arshdeep ਨੇ Tilak ਨੂੰ ਕਾਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅੰਧੇਰਾ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਮਜਾਕ ਕੀਤਾ. ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਭ Arshdeep ਨੂੰ ਗਲਤ ਕਹਿ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਬਿਲਕੁੱਲ ਜਾਇਜ ਹੈ. ਪਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਲੋਕ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਬਰਾਦਰੀ ਨੂੰ Target ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਟਿੱਪਣੀਆਂ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੋਹਰੇ ਮਿਆਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ. ਬਾਕੀ ਜੇਕਰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ American ਚਸਮਾਂ ਲਾਹ ਕੇ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਗ਼ਲਤ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕੇ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਓਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘਰਵਾਲੇ ਜਾਂ ਦੋਸਤ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ. ਇਸ ਦੀ ਜਾਗਦੀ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਕਾਲਾ, ਗੋਰਾ, ਭੂਰਾ,ਚਿੱਟਾ,ਨਿੱਕਾ,ਲੰਬੂ,ਪਤਲੂ ਵਰਗੇ ਨਾਮ ਹਨ. ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਉਦਾਹਰਣ Bollywood ਦੇ ਸਹਿਨਸ਼ਾਹ Amitabh Bachchan ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਤੱਕ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਤਬਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੰਬੂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ. ਪਰ ਅੱਜ ਕੱਲ Social Media ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਸ ਹਰੇਕ ਗੱਲ ਰਾਈ ਦਾ ਪਹਾੜ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ. #arshdeep #tilakverma
