My dear GenZ all these protests and resignation demands lead us no where, i was a part of IAC, fought an election too under Mumbai 227 banner ably lead by 227 professionals guided under the most able @suchetadalal in 2013, what happened?? Every single one of us lost and those whom we did not want win, we have tried all of this, our leader itself went for corruption behind bars recently so trust no one, all of these are oportunists, you want real solution to all of this, JUDICIAL REFORMS, ask for capital punishment for corruption be it at small or large level private or govt, corrupt should be hanged to death. Even the morally corrupt and rapists should get this and get a fast track new court to deal with rape and corruption complaints, 3 months and case has to close, only the fear of death and actual death can stop human greed, changing ministers will not stop this, stop wasting your time in getting fooled by new age cockroaches, we got thugged by the Indian Against Corruption movement years back, find real solutions to real problems,no dharna can solve this, ever.

#WATCH | Delhi | On CJP protest, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor says, "When a non-violent protest is taking place, what is the reason for a lathi-charge? Lathi charge is not an act of non-violence. It is an act of violence. I don't understand the logic of this. Similarly here in Parliament, everyone knows these are burning issues across the country. It would be logical to have a discussion on them. Parliament is supposed to be the place where we can ventilate the voice of the people, the concerns of the people. Once we do that, we all know the government has a majority. As the old saying goes, the Opposition must have its say because the government will have its way. They have the majority. But at least let parliament be a forum where these concerns can be heard, can be truly ventilated and voiced, where various people can represent the views of their constituents. Then the government can disagree. But right now, just refusing a discussion is what has led to today's disruption because the opposition wanted these issues up there, wanted an opportunity to talk about them on the floor of the house. If Parliament is not for raising these issues, then honestly, what is it for? I mean, it can't just be a sort of notice board for the government to announce its bills and get them passed with a rubber stamp. That's not what Parliament is all about. It should be a forum where all these views can be heard, discussed, debated as necessary and then passed. The Prime Minister has sought cooperation from the opposition. We'll cooperate if they cooperate. The idea should be that there should be mutual cooperation. Let them permit certain discussions. This has got to be give and take. That's the way Parliament is supposed to function."

The CJP is demanding resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. Why ? Because there r paper leaks. And y r there paper leaks ? Bcoz of corruption. Now corruption is rampant everywhere in India, & not just in paper leaks. So if Dharmendra Pradhan is replaced by another Education Minister, paper leaks will not stop, bcoz corruption will not stop simply by resignation of a Minister. So what use is this agitation ? Whenever I confront Dipke&his followers with this logic, they refuse to respond, & instead run away, like a cockroach scurrying away when light is shone on it

Absolutely, I ask the same, rather than that enter the system, fight for the seat, win and change the way politics is done, that's the hard way to do things and really long term, does the genz have this in them. Milliennails attempted this with aam aadmi party and IAC. resignation isn't the solution.

All these kids and CJP has to realize that removing an education minister or the prime minister isn't solving the problem, to solve the problems you have to enter the system and bring about a systemic change, all these protests lead us nowhere, we see where kejriwal is today, why does the genz not learn from millennial mistakes??

UPDATE: a solution has been offered reportedly by the CJP reps at their meeting with BJP leader and health minister JP Nadda. Release Sonam Wangchuk from hospital , let him come to Jantar Mantar and break his fast there. CJP claims it will be an effective and symbolic way to end the impasse and restore order. Their two other demands 1) sack the education minister 2) Rs 1 crore compensation to families of each NEET suicide students. Don’t see GOI agreeing to the demands for now but surely a dialogue is better than detaining protestors. 🙏

#UPDATE: After waiting for more than 2 hours, @AshutoshRanka and I just met J.P. Nadda ji at his residence for 10 minutes. While we submit a written letter with our demands, he has assured us that he will meanwhile speak internally. We are in that process. There is news of mass detention etc.

But it someone takes law and order in their own hands police have to restore that my friends, if govt is not listening find a way to make them listen but attacking and taking the parliament by storm is no solution, there has to be a dialogue and that has to be done via some method.

After scoring the most crucial century of his career, Rohit Sharma chose to stay away from the limelight. Despite being the centre of everyone's attention and thousands of fans waiting outside the hotel, he quietly slipped out of the hotel through the back entrance in slippers and shorts, took the London Tube (Metro), and headed to spend time with his family. The simplicity of this man is just outstanding ❤️
