Salam everyone, This is Alaa Radwan (Alaa from Gaza — @alaafromgaza92 on X). My account was hacked and taken over more than a week ago. I reported it immediately, yet I have received no response from X Support. I even subscribed to Premium on this backup account just to reach a human representative, only to be told there is nothing they can do and that I must keep waiting. In the meantime, the hacker has changed my email address and activated their own 2FA, effectively locking me out of my own account. This is unacceptable. For now, I will be posting from this account. Please follow me here and help amplify this message. Let’s tag @nikitabier and @allegrajacchia and ask for urgent support in restoring access. The silence from X is not just frustrating; it is negligent. Users deserve protection, and we deserve timely support when our accounts are compromised. X must do better.

@nikitabier @BillyM2k Would it be valuable to improve the performance of your X support team? My account has been hacked for a week and I reported it once it happened, yet there was no response!!!!!

@BillyM2k The reason I’m interested in doing this because people overestimate how many of the followers are still active, especially if they grew in a prior era (e.g., COVID, etc)

@nikitabier you need to hire more employees in your support team. My account @alaafromgaza92 was hacked 6 days ago and I reported it to your support team once it happened, yet I recieved no response. Facebook would have resolved such an issue the following day!
