X, as the most important source of the news, should be ACCESSIBLE even with SLOW NETWORK connections! The best way to make it happen is to have a LIGHT-WEIGHT WEB version! What do you think? @elonmusk

@snowmaker Actual real companies want the opposite of this, why do you want your signups full of bots?

Even the best developer tools mostly still don't let you sign up for an account via API. This is a big miss in the claude code age because it means that claude can't sign up on its own. Putting all your account management functions in your API should be tablestakes now.

About 80% of traffic to the Grok service goes to Grok's website and 20% to X's Grok page. Adding grok.com and x.com/i/grok traffic together gives Grok a total of 385.7 million visits, compared with 314 million for grok.com alone.

@striedinger A blind coding test is not the answer. Invite them to work on a project, learn how they think.

Companies still asking candidates to do coding tests is silly. Forbidding them from using AI is blatantly stupid. You’re hiring someone to solve problems, not to prove they can type code from memory like it’s 2015. Grow up!

@GergelyOrosz Do you have a source on much better software? Cus my opinion is the complete opposite. Faster? Yes. Better in the right hands? Possible. Much better in general? Not even close

If you pay attention he said AI will write all the code (which is happening at Anthropic) and never said they won’t need software engineers. Turns out software engineers prompting the AI results in much better software, and software engineering is a lot more than writing code!
Greg Molnar@GregMolnar

Anthropic's CEO claimed that AI will write all code in 6 months a year ago, and yet, they are still hiring software engineers. Make it make sense.

I’m very pro ai and agree with this. Skilled workers are obviously more productive but those that are not as skilled are now operating at the “expected” level with shittier quality so now most spend 10x fixing slop
Tom's Hardware@tomshardware

Over 80% of companies report no productivity gains from AI so far despite billions in investment, survey suggests — 6,000 executives also reveal 1/3 of leaders use AI, but only for 90 minutes a week tomshardware.com/tech-industry/…
