Plenty of sunshine across Alabama this Thursday afternoon with highs climbing into the low 70s, and the warming trend only continues from here — spring arrives tomorrow, and the weekend is shaping up beautifully with low 80s on the way.

Alabama's warming trend is underway this Thursday morning, with most locations starting in the upper 30s and 40s and highs expected at or above 70 today. The weekend looks even better, with 80s on the way and a dry, quiet pattern holding through much of next week.
