الجمعة ٦-٣-٢٠٢٦ أولًا: بدأنا تسجيل النازحين عبر الرابط mosa-relief.com (متاح أيضًا عبر منصة وحدة إدارة الكوارث وسيُرسل تباعًا عبر رسائل SMS). ثانيًا: يشمل التسجيل جميع النازحين سواء في مراكز الإيواء أو خارجها، لتحديد الاحتياجات وتوجيه المساعدة بشكل أدق. ثالثًا: برنامج «أمان» مستمر بالتوازي مع الاستجابة الطارئة. رابعًا: بدأنا اليوم بالشراكة مع برنامج الأغذية العالمي تحويل مساعدات نقدية لـ 50,000 عائلة نازحة، على أن تحدد رسائل SMS نقطة الاستلام. خامسًا: سيتم إتاحة لوحة المعلومات (Dashboard) لوحدة إدارة الكوارث لعرض مراكز الإيواء والقدرات الاستيعابية حسب المحافظة/القضاء/البلدة. سادسًا: نعمل على إدماج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة ضمن الاستجابة وتأمين الدعم اللازم بالتعاون مع الجمعيات المختصة. سابعًا: المدينة الرياضية في بيروت قيد التجهيز لنقل العائلات إليها في أقرب وقت. ثامنًا: حتى الساعة الخامسة: 110,162 نازحًا (26,342 عائلة) ضمن 512 مركز إيواء، و82 مركزًا لا تزال لديه قدرة استيعابية. تاسعًا: تم توزيع 175,282 وجبة ساخنة، و81,160 حصة نظافة، و124,529 ليتر مياه شرب.

Today, the Behavioral, Innovation & Digital Transformation Lab was inaugurated at @OmsarGov. Funded by @EUinLebanon & @DKinLebanon and supported by @UNDP_Lebanon, the Lab is at its core a space for collaborative, people-centered and evidence-based governance, where institutions work together to deliver better public solutions.

As a long time customer in #Lebanon, I can confidently say the service quality of @touchLebanon has seriously declined. Super weak Coverage, Dropped calls, 0 or super slow Data & Zero #accountability. This directly affects #work and daily #life. This isn’t acceptable in 2026.
