@VirginAtlantic once I've done this will I still incure a £63 charge (each) to guarantee me and my wife sit together ? As I need this 💯. 11hrs sitting in separate parts of the plane is not an option.

Hi Al, we're sorry to hear your internet isn't working currently. Can you have a look here? 👉 virg.in/servicechecker. It will first check if there's a fault in the area. If so, it will advise the details, including an estimated fix time, If there is no area fault, it will allow you to click a 'still having issues' button. Do this to test your line, replace your equipment or book an engineer visit if it's needed. Keep us posted on how you get on.

@virginmedia Internet down in Diss, Norfolk, can update the residents, please, as your customer service is coming up with loads of different excuses. Just tell the truth.

@virginmedia Tried all of this. It says no issues. Go on social media and can see lots of people in the area with that same issue. Contacted virgin media online and they said there was an issue that engineers were attending. No mention of the problem or expected time frame.
