Good for you brother. I have worked out my entire adult life and use to do the Olympic bar and 45lb plates for 30+ reps no problem. Even hit the 300 mark once upon a time. A few years back I had a health issue and lost nearly 30 lbs in a month....a lot of it muscle. It tore me up. I have been working my way back but it's a slow process when you're 69 years old. My kids tell me to just let it go, but I can't. It's not about how I look, but how I feel now. Lifting is an addiction and I can't imagine my life without it. Thanks for the inspiration !!

@C_3C_3 I follow @TheBrancaShow and he estimates the numbers are closer to 90 million. Seems like a crazy number but he makes it make sense. All I know is they have been saying 11 million even before Biden opened the border. Personally, I would guess it's 50+ million.

When I took office as Mayor, Detroit was losing people, losing jobs, and losing hope. Under my leadership, the city's population grew for the first time since 1957. Unemployment rates dropped from some of the highest in the nation to some of the lowest. Hope returned. We turned around Detroit. Now, it's Lansing's turn.

Personally I believe we need more people like this gentleman. He has a passion to help these young men to grow up and become good men, husbands, and fathers. People have an issue with him having the boys answer with “yes sir” and “no sir”. Do you have an issue with that? Do you agree we need more of this in our world?
