@TheOtterRuthie I did survey on renters over on my Instagram; over 15,000 responded. 98% of them said they were not renting by choice. Imagine all of those people were able to buy their own home? Huge 📈 in rental stock, added to the fact that everything currently being built in DCC is BTR

In 2023; of the 32,695 homes built, only 27% were sold on the market. In Dublin City, 94% of all new housing was apartments (98% for rent or social, just 2% for sale). Since 2017, new housing coming to the market for sale is down 48%. So much for the party of homeownership 🫠

Saw this video on same day there was a mass beach tennis match being played in Tel Aviv for Israeli internal propaganda. Never felt so sick & helpless in face of pure evil triumphing. Where are the grown ups in the room who can actually stop this killing.

Desperately sad images. Sow stalls/gestation crates, they are one and the same. Gestation crates are banned in the EU, except the first 4 weeks of pregnancy. And the sow can be put in a stall a week before birth, so in reality she spends nearly half her life trapped in a cage too narrow to turn around in. Nearly all pigs in Ireland are bred and reared in factory farms, subjected to this misery. Unbelievably some try to claim this is high welfare 🐷 #PigAwareIreland #LifeWorthLiving
