The year is 2013. Students are packed tight on the steps of Hilton, just two hours before ripping the doors off their hinges (literally). One student lights a KU hat on fire with the propane heater the school provided for warmth. I've already peed in a water bottle. Life is good.

The Land Expo is an incredible gathering with around 2k people, each bringing their views and experiences to the table. It's fascinating to see how some attendees resonate with our speakers while others challenge those ideas, creating an atmosphere filled with spirited convos. Keynote @Jkylebass, for example; openly shared that he doesn’t buy many of the things morning keynote @CKupchan was selling. This kind of honest opinion is exactly what makes the Land Expo special. It’s a space where different perspectives collide, and those diverse viewpoints lead to meaningful conversations. In the end, that’s what we’re all here for—to learn from one another, share insights, and explore the many facets of land and investment.
