@shhnawkee @BarstoolSicEm Notre Dame somehow did it with their Joyce Center (built in 1968, so older than Ferrell), and it cost them $25 million (completed in 2013). Even taking into account inflation, it'd be much cheaper.

@BarstoolSicEm Can’t remodel the Ferrell when it gets used year-round; also the remodel of that building likely wouldn’t cost much less than the new arena.

Not complaining. Just curious as to why we spent 212 million on a new arena when we already have one that seats more people and has better parking?? Like coulda just remodeled and given scholarships or built a building that actually added to the university. New arena’s dope tho🫶

Let's just say compliance is questionable at best.

There's only an 'Accept' button, and if you want to opt-out, you have to click the small link to read the privacy policy, which then tells you look up how to disable all cookies in your browser—yes, this is the only way to opt-out—and that this may not even be possible on mobile.
