🚨 JUST IN: World Cup 2026 new rules: - A player being subbed off has a maximum of 10 SECONDS to leave the pitch. If he takes longer than 10 seconds, his replacement must wait 1 minute to come on, which would leave his team with 10 men for 1 minute. - A 5-second timer will be applied to throw-ins and goal kicks. Exceeding this time would give the opponents possession. - A player who received medical attention on the field must leave and wait one minute before returning, unless the injury was caused by a foul sanctioned with a card. - VAR will review incorrectly awarded corner kicks - Only the captains can approach the referee to request explanations; other players may be sanctioned with a yellow card if they surround the ref.

We are so soft. Bench weakens us massively. Cannot consistently put 90 minutes together. So on top and cut open so easily. Huge rebuild required, mentally and fitness.
