Alberta needs something. Not sure it’s more tweets, but it’s a start.

This is what badly thought out and badly announced policy gets you. Whether or not you support the renewable sector, we deserve a more professional provincial government.

@BankesNigel @TheTyee Given the shift in votes from the AB Party to the NDP, one ‘must-do’ for the NDP is to plant a stake firmly in the centre to maintain this gain. Not saying they shouldn’t also evolve their policies, but to lose those voters means game over.

Instead of figuring out how to recruit more doctors... ... UCP candidate Scott Cyr says we have too many "foreign students" in medical schools?

@GlobalCalgary CTV caught considerably more dishonesty from Smith. Which is very consistent with her track record.

@edmontonjournal It was hard to watch Danielle Smith lie and spin and avoid tough questions. It’ll be even harder to watch her take over the CPP and privatize healthcare if she wins the election.

@calgaryherald It was hard to watch Smith lie and spin and deflect so much. If she wins the election, she’ll be much tougher to watch as she takes over the CPP, dismantles health care and fumbles over everything else.

@calgaryherald The big question for the debate is how much of what Danielle Smith says can be believed. She has a history of playing fast and loose with the facts, and also saying you shouldn’t listen to things she said before.

@edmontonjournal Danielle Smith will want us to forget about these comments as well. But they were made while she was running for Premier. Why should we trust anything she has to say now?

@CTVCalgary These kids deserve better from their province. How much more will it cost to fix this compared to the money “saved” from deferred maintenance? Schools need to have enough money to BOTH keep class sizes reasonable and maintain critical infrastructure. This is AB’s future.

@calgaryherald Big difference between a Premier saying they want to take over your pension and privatize healthcare (with a party that also supports these), and an NDP candidate whose leader saved the TransMountain pipeline, which benefits oil workers more than anything the UCP has done.

@edmontonjournal Big difference between Danielle Smith as a party leader with party support for taking over your CPP and privatizing health care, and some NDP candidates whose party leader saved the TransMountain pipeline which helps oil workers more than anything the UCP have done.

@GlobalCalgary The article is pretty clear that they’re looking to return power to his people. They want to control the UCP and the Premier, and they’re not shy about it.

@edmontonjournal Are comments before they were candidates being held against them? Because there are a TON of comments from Danielle Smith from before, during and after she was a candidate that are much scarier because she’s Premier now. Oh ya. And Notley saved TransMountain.
