Importantly, mgt is focused on Ph2 development with ulcerative colitis (UC) IND clearance 2Q26 which will set the stage for Ph2 initiation ~3Q26 (2H26) and topline data 2H27. Accordingly, PALI recently contracted with Iterative Health to increase the quality/ speed of IBD recruitment across trials where Iterative Health also took a stake in PALI which supports high PoS. Moreover, mgmt is also preparing for luminal Crohn's disease (CD) IND clearance 2H26 where an open-label Ph2 would potentially allow for multiple interim-readouts ahead of topline 1H28.
