@giffgaff How about sending activation codes that actually work and having agents who don’t take 24hrs to reply to a request for help with a generic link that asks you to activate the Simm. My father is terminally ill and he and his nurses need to be able to contact me

@giffgaff I've had my phone hacked, my number stolen and ported to giffgaff, I've tried to report this within 10 mins, but impossible. The fraudsters are causing me untold misery, and I have no way of stopping it - shambolic and a disgrace
