@Chris_J_Turner I’ve been doing the essentials. Lavender is my go-to just cause I like the smell and it’s relaxing. Seems to help a bit

@Aldrine It’s a mast cell issue. Try Beconase nasal spray (or similar) and smell training with different essential oils. Got mine back in 2 days by doing this. Good luck!

Second time catching Covid. Lasted a couple days but lost my sense of smell and taste. Sucks.
