Heart disease is a known issue in adults with type 1 diabetes (T1D). But @AngelaMDevlin & @dinapana found kids with T1D are 6x more likely to have abnormal blood pressure. They are working to uncover what damages blood vessels in kids with T1D: bcchr.info/3uFLKCw #HeartMonth
