Update: even though the house rules/policy violates civil rights and is illegal in a lot of ways. Airbnb told me it’s allowed. I literally asked if he writes in his house rules that by booking I agree to sex - that’s ok? They said yes. @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp

I even have @Airbnb hosts saying what he does is an abuse of rules. But @AirbnbHelp doesn’t see it or care. Hosts can write whatever rules and hide them in links and you are screwed regardless what they say. No regulation on hosts - WATCH OUT PPL!

Ok I have a cautionary tale for anyone using @airbnb - strap in please! Been using #Airbnb for 10 years and never experienced this. It’s a crazy loophole that will lose you THOUSANDS of dollars if you miss it.
