Its worth reviewing A16z's letter to the SEC as a preview to the coming market structure bill. The ideas espoused in the document are both wildly bullish for real projects and also will stop a lot of fake business/meme crime. Very positive. The industry has yet to grasp we are on the cusp of a watershed moment - yes we get to keep our goofy high octane alternative stock market, but access to US and therefore global liquidity will be restricted to those building real protocols. An important passage: "When control is eliminated, the application of securities laws should be limited; when control is present, traditional (but modernized) approaches should be used" Decentralization is no longer a nice to have. Those working towards true decentralized protocols to be rewarded. Many projects to be declared as unregistered securities, which they actually are. This is the real golden age of crypto.

If I'm extremely certain ETH goes to at least 20k within the next 5 years. How do I make the most amount of money on this without liquidation risk and having to do anything (losing tax advantage) in those 5 years? - Has to be better than to simply sit in rETH.

Because of the reserves announcement now is the time - a short window of opportunity for everyone who builds large stable DeFi, institutional custody solutions, institutional staking, stablecoins, institutional wallets to present how mature, how secure, and how broadly integrated in global finance Ethereum ecosystem is. I cannot promise it would be delivered by the EF quickly enough, I am not sure if Etherealize is already fully operational to execute this within hours - so please go and do not wait for us. Read through a bunch of the comments - completely heard on wanting to "refresh" the Ethereum branding so that it feels more modern and less "whimsical". I personally would love to see the Ethereum logo itself be incorporated into designs because I think it's timeless and honestly a really cool logo - but the minimalist stuff is good too! What I want to make clear again is that this whole thing has just been a side project of mine - it is nothing "official" and not part of anything to do with the EF - the community running with it is actually awesome because it embodies the permissionless nature of Ethereum.

Thank you @jackbutcher for actually doing something and coming up with a different design :) This doesn't really hit for me because it doesn't "feel" like Ethereum, but it doesn't matter what I think - I'll be happy to just see ecosystem projects have a badge on their website showcasing that they're built on/powered by Ethereum. Will give it a few days to see what else people come up with, then I'll release the design files for the 'powered by' designs and people can choose to use what they want!
