I feel this. I learned that the hard way too. I’m trying my best to maintain my own boundaries because I can’t keep overextending myself and then be upset when it’s not reciprocated. Everyone has their own limits and it’s about time that I respect my own.

one of the hardest lessons I had to learn was coming to terms with learning my own limits and just because I would do something for someone and they wouldn’t do it for me doesn’t make them a “bad “ person they were just aware of their limits.
