we just helped a GTM team go from manual LinkedIn research to a fully scored, personalised outreach system processing their entire prospect list before a single message was sent in one week... and we used ONLY Claude and the LinkedIn MCP the most UNTAPPED outreach system of 2026 so i just sat down, pressed record, and dropped a full breakdown going through the ENTIRE Claude LinkedIn prospecting system behind how we did this here's what's included: 1. why most LinkedIn outreach fails before a single message is sent: the activity scoring problem nobody talks about 2. the prospect list scoring system: ICP match, activity level, and personalisation hook per contact before any outreach runs 3. how Claude pulls connection status, job title, recent posts, recent comments, and company background for every contact automatically 4. the tiered ranked output that separates warm active prospects from cold inactive ones before you touch the platform 5. the Voice DNA folder: writing samples, business context, tone markers, and no-go phrases that make every message sound like you wrote it 6. the connection request prompt that references something the prospect actually wrote or said, not a template 7. the follow-up draft ready to send the moment they accept, referencing the same context from the connection request 8. the warm-up campaign structure for top-tier active prospects: engage before connecting, comment, like, then connect 9. the standard outreach track for lower-tier prospects held until they become active 10. how to run the full scoring and outreach workflow on any new list in one Claude session 11. the 73% connection acceptance rate vs 40% on standard campaigns from the same list 12. the exact Voice DNA folder structure that produces output described as genuinely hard to distinguish from something written by the person themselves plus a bonus breakdown of a GTM team that scored 500 prospects, wrote personalised connection requests for the top tier, and booked 23 calls in two weeks without a single manual research step like + comment "LINKEDIN" and i'll DM you EVERYTHING (must be following + RT for priority access)

Just save it. If you want the full breakdown of how to go from zero to your first $10K month using this framework, drop "AI" in the comments and I'll send you the playbook. 50 AI businesses you could start this weekend. Pick one. Every idea comes with a revenue path, MVP scope, and exact tech stack so you're not guessing what to build or how it makes money. Organized into 5 categories: vertical agents, content tools, data infrastructure, edge AI, and services. Medical billing agents. Construction safety cameras. Prompt injection firewalls. Drone inspectors for solar farms. Each one scoped lean enough to validate in 48 hours with a simple ad or DM campaign. No more staring at tech trends trying to figure out where the money actually lives. Pick the lane that fits your skills and ship the tiniest possible version before your competition finds these ideas. Comment "IDEAS" and I'll DM it to you (must be following)

SaaS founders don’t use LinkedIn Not because it doesn't work. Because running it properly is a full-time job. Posting takes an hour a day. Sending 40 qualified connection requests takes another hour. Following up on DMs, writing lead magnets, tracking responses, closing pipeline… it adds up fast. Claude Code makes things interesting though Set up correctly, it becomes the execution layer underneath your whole LinkedIn motion. Posts in your voice. Leads qualified against your ICP. DMs personalized to what a prospect is actually working on. Replies triaged. Lead magnets generated and delivered. You stay in the approval seat. The problem is nobody has written down how to set this up specifically for LinkedIn. Every Claude Code tutorial is built for engineers. The GTM content floating around is generic and won't help you post tomorrow. So I put together The Claude Code LinkedIn Playbook. 8 sections built specifically for SaaS and AI founders who want LinkedIn producing real pipeline. Here's what's inside: → Claude Md file setup that makes every post and DM sound like you wrote it → The 5 LinkedIn skills every founder should build first → MCP stack that connects your content engine to your CRM, Notion, and Gmail → Sub-agent workflows for batching lead qualification and hook testing → Context management so Claude stops forgetting your voice mid-session → Modal deployment that turns your skills into a hands-free machine → Plan mode for high-stakes posts and outbound sequences → Day one install decisions that compound over 12 months One skill per week for 5 weeks. That's all it takes to run the full system. Want The Claude Code LinkedIn Playbook? 1. Follow me 2. Comment "PLAYBOOK" I'll send it straight to your DMs.

Everyone is using Claude right now. Very few founders are using it to ideate LinkedIn posts that will go viral and generate leads. Which is why I built a resource with the exact Claude prompt I use to generate viral content ideas for LinkedIn… Most people are using AI to come up with ideas, but it's trained on absolutely nothing, so it comes up with garbage ideas. This prompt automatically analyzes Reddit, LinkedIn, and other sites to analyze what ideas would work best for your industry So that you get viral ideas that will actually perform They're yours now if you: Comment "prompt" and I'll send it over. (You need to be following so I can DM it to you.)

I spent the last 45 days writing a 86-page book covering absolutely everything I know about how to successfully run outbound in 2026. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING. > Company context analysis and market evaluation > ICP definition and Pain-Qualified Segment (PQS) modeling > TAM mapping across 15+ industry segments > Offer creation and the three types of cold offers > The psychology of cold email and pattern disruption > 10 fundamental copywriting principles from 10M+ emails sent > 6 proven cold email script frameworks with real examples > 5 messaging angles to test across campaigns > AI prompts for generating full A/B test script matrices > Email sequencer setup and which tools to use at which volume > Domain setup rules and secondary domain best practices > Reserve infrastructure and inbox cycling strategy > Deliverability signals, spintax, and campaign settings > How to identify burned accounts and recover fast > The four types of data sources and when to use each > The Campaign Score Formula for predicting results before launch > Speed-to-lead system and why response time kills conversions > 5 reply templates covering 90% of responses > Follow-up strategy across email, LinkedIn, phone, and SMS > Pre-call workflow that lifts show rates from 30% to 70%+ > Post-meeting process: proposals, contracts, and onboarding I told you I meant EVERYTHING. The insights in this book come from the experiences of 10M+ emails sent, 20,000+ leads generated, and deca-millions in pipeline value created. This e-book is NOT free, but it costs less than a Chipotle bowl with guac. (There needs to be a slight level of gatekeeping for this one) Want to get access to it? Comment “Playbook” and I’ll DM you the link to it. [Must be following to receive]

The first time I raised, I built spreadsheet with investor names. Now, I have something 10x better: Building an investor list is smart. Every great founder I know has a list of some kind. But manually checking if each investor actually deploys capital in your stage, vertical, and geography? It can take hours. And as a founder, you’re busy. So we came up with a better idea: OpenMap. A visual directory of 16,000+ VCs, angels, and family offices worldwide. Think of it as Google Maps for Venture Capital. Just search by city, stage, or vertical and it will: 1: Show you investors actively looking for deals 2: Find warm intros through your LinkedIn and Gmail connections 3: Let you submit your deck directly to investors who match your criteria Instead of spending weeks building a list from scratch, you get a live, searchable map of 16,000+ investors in seconds. Like + Comment "VC map" for free access I’ll send you a DM with the link. PS - If you're a VC, you should be on this map. If you're a founder, you need to know this map.

I fully reverse-engineered Ramp's internal AI operating system. Their system — called Glass — is how they got 99% of their entire company using AI every single day. 350+ reusable workflows. Every tool connected at first login. Memory that refreshes every 24 hours. Automations running while everyone sleeps. I partnered with my engineering team and we broke down every component inside it. Then we rebuilt the whole thing for marketing agencies. 76 pages. Every system. Every layer. Every step. Steal it. Comment "OS" and I'll send it directly. Must be a following to receive auto DM
Eric Glyman@eglyman

99% of Ramp uses ai daily. but we noticed most people were stuck — not because the models weren't good enough, but because the setup was too painful and unintuitive for most. terminal configs, mcp servers, everyone figuring it out alone. so we built Glass. every employee gets a fully configured ai workspace on day one — integrations connected via sso, a marketplace of 350+ reusable skills built by colleagues, persistent memory, scheduled automations. when one person on a team figures out a better workflow, everyone on that team gets it and gets more productive. the companies that make every employee effective with ai will compound advantages their competitors can't match. most are waiting for vendors to solve this. we decided to own it.

I put the entire Claude Code GTM Engineering Playbook into ONE Notion doc. 8 sections. No fluff. - How to get set up correctly from day one: Pro plan, terminal install across Mac, Linux, and Windows, GUI install via Antigravity or VS Code, and bypass permissions mode - What to put in your project brain file, what to leave out, and how to get Claude to update it automatically when it keeps making the same mistake - How to run plan mode step by step and when to skip it for simple tasks - How to build a skill file from scratch, fix one that keeps failing, and install 5 GTM skills worth building first: lead scraping, email labeling, proposal generation, outbound sequence writing, and client onboarding - MCP install process, token cost checks after every install, the best MCPs for GTM work, and how to cut token usage by 50 to 100x by converting MCPs into skills - Sub-agents and agent teams: the 3 cases where they earn their cost, reliability math for parallel runs, and how to enable parallel variant exploration - What is eating your context before you type anything, how to use /compact and /clear correctly, and model selection for parent vs sub-agents - Modal deployment: any skill as a live URL in under 2 minutes, form interface setup, and connection to n8n, Make, or Zapier This is the setup I would have KILLED for before spending months piecing together how to actually get productive in Claude Code from documentation, YouTube tutorials, and scattered GitHub threads. @EyeingAI This feels closer to 'AI that actually runs the business' than most assistant wrappers. Proactive agents handling supply/store loops could cut so much context chasing. How does it handle escalation when agent confidence drops?

I got tired of showing 100+ YC founders the outbound guide that i've watched take many from $0 -> $100k, $500k, even $1m ARR during the 3-month YC batch, so i'm providing it here for free: every YC batch, I talk to new founders about the best strategy to go from pre-product to top revenue of the batch in that 12-week period. Here's what I've seen work: 1. Don't bother with cold email. Cold email infra will take weeks to setup. If you're not an expert, it's not worth it. even if done properly, it's gotten impossible to compete with AI spam taking over inboxes. 2. Linkedin is a goldmine for outbound in 2026. There's no reason you shouldn't be sending 200 new linkedin connections every week to great fit prospects. If 50% accept your connection, you have 100 new potential customers to reach out to every week. You can easily setup an automated Linkedin Connector safely. Just upload your lead list and it will auto-connect. 3. Don't automate your message sending (wait, what?) if you build your lead list effectively, you will have a list of the few hundred HIGHEST value prospects to target (your top .1% buyers). These people are really important to you, and limited. Treat them well. Try to use linkedin 'casually' to start conversations with them in a more genuine way (more on this in the full guide). 4. Build that 'top .1% list' write out your exact dream customer profile, first at the company level. Then, person level. The more specific you can be about your dream customer, the better. The goal here is to create such a perfect customer, that if they heard about your solution they would have no choice but to say "tell me more". A few more miscellaneous tips: • do max volume connecting on all of your team-members accounts • an empty note for connection requests has the highest accept rates • don't use inMail. Connect first, then message • as you connect with more customers in your niche, you will gain more mutuals and your connect rate will increase over time This is just the beginning though if you actually want to execute this well. I wrote up a highly detailed guide going over each of these sections in more depth. completely step by step. Want the guide? Comment "outbound" and I'll dm you the entire guide that shows the exact process used by dozens of founders to scale from $0 -> $100k+ ARR in their first few months, that still works in 2026.
