@PaavoRitala One of such tops missed the paper in the handling system during 6m. Then they couldn’t get a reviewer + 6m. Finally desk rejected after 1yr in the system. Shame.

Note on top journals in mgmt. They're not always so "top", despite the expectation. My recent experience in few FT50 outlets: -Revision submitted in April. Still waiting to hear back. -Surprise R3 in the 3rd round. Completely ripped the paper. -Ultra-ambiguous reject & resubmit.

I was so excited to fly @lufthansa for the first time a few weeks ago while in the EU. However, after 2.5 weeks of delayed baggage, multiple international calls, hours of wait time, rude customer service and STILL no information - I can confidently NEVER recommend them.
