1. Corneal/scleral/globe ruptures - several.
2. CRAO - none presented within 4-6 hours and vision couldn’t be salvaged much in any of the eyes.
3. Acute angle closure - I have lost count.
4. Superior macula on retina detachment - quite a few.
Barring 2 and 4, there aren’t real emergencies in ophthalmology.
