Day 4 of my Web3 journey Today I learned about decentralization Imagine a school where only the principal keeps all the student records If the records are lost damaged or changed everyone has to rely on the principals version of the truth Thats a centralized system Now imagine every teacher has an identical copy of those records If one copy is lost or altered, the others can be used to verify what is correct No single person has complete control Thats the basic idea behind decentralization Instead of trusting one authority responsibility and control are shared among many participants The more I learn about Web3, the more I realize that its not just about technology, its also about giving people more ownership and reducing reliance on a single point of control. Still learning one step at a time.
