No, that's what I thought at first as well But because the Randle cycle is about substrate competition at the cellular level, when fat oxidation is high, it inhibits glucose uptake/oxidation (via acetyl-CoA, citrate, NADH signaling). By adding more rice and a glass of OJ (when I can) I kind of flood the system with carbs, which actively competes back and helps shift oxidation toward carbs rather than fat. Aspirin adds to this by lowering FFA availability + supporting glucose oxidation. So the goal isn't to "avoid" the Randle cycle and eat ONLY high carb and very low fat or high fat and absolutely no carbs - you have to manipulate it in your favor

Yeaaaaah almost brother, I still live w/ my family so I cannot be fully HCLF since nutrition is a source of big argument with them I do the most I can and when I have a meal which is kinda high fat / PUFAs I take some aspirin with it and OJ and a lot of rice to direct my randle cycle You can check my current workout routine in "Training" on here : metabolic.pplx.app

Saw a lot of this chart online, with ETH being dead and going to 1500$ Let me leave a valuable lesson I learned back in 2022 with BTC Everyone was projecting BTC to 12k, same exact thought process, bear flag, macros bad, recession inevitable blah blah blah I saved 20% of the cash I had ready to buy some more BTC, and bought 80% just bellow 20k - saved the other in case everyone was right I ended up buying at 20k in March 2023 - cause nobody was getting their target A whole cycle of BTC sideliners started Now my main focus is on ETH, and this chart is all over the internet, with even lower targets, just like 2022/23 with “BTC going even sub 10k bro because of reasons” Even though I’m not yet all in in ETH with the cash I prepared, once I saw sub 2k I started scaling in - I had too! Even if I believe 1500-1300 is coming, I still needed to be a buyer at 1800-2000$, and I have cash ready for the second part of the year which I think brings discounts, and those could also be higher lows.. That’s how you avoid being a sideliner, like all these twats waiting for “THE FINAL LOW BRO” or a trend confirmation, to then enter waaay higher and missing the entirety of the gains to come My lesson to you, do what you want with it.

Total testosterone increased: 20 mg/kg: +137.5% 100 mg/kg: +200% 200 mg/kg: +125% Free testosterone increased: 20 mg/kg: +70.9% 100 mg/kg: +128.8% 200 mg/kg: +139.1% Estradiol decreased: 20 mg/kg: -16.7% 100 mg/kg: -16.7% 200 mg/kg: -16.5% Testosterone/estradiol ratio increased: 20 mg/kg: 3.2x 100 mg/kg: 3.6x 200 mg/kg: 3.8x At 200 mg/kg, steroid precursors increased too: Progesterone: +20% 17-OH progesterone: +52.1% Testicular testosterone increased +70.5% at 20 mg/kg. At 100 and 200 mg/kg, testicular testosterone moved back near control values even though serum testosterone stayed elevated. Lipids also changed: Total cholesterol increased +16.8% at 100 mg/kg and +13.6% at 200 mg/kg. LDL increased +56.7% at 100 mg/kg and +37.9% at 200 mg/kg. HDL increased +16.2% at 200 mg/kg. Triglycerides decreased -32.7% at 100 mg/kg and -34.6% at 200 mg/kg. Albumin increased +11.5% at 100 mg/kg and +23.4% at 200 mg/kg. The authors had previously found no increase in LH or FSH with long-term recombinant human lactoferrin, so this does not look like classic pituitary stimulation. @BigCheds Respectfully, you're wrong bud. You think this is a 4 year cycle bear market. It's not. It's a mid cycle correction in a larger cycle due to the longest ever business cycle. There a very high number of data points that show this now. Macro low is in.
