I was BTC only in 2022/2023 I am now slowly getting to 50/50 BTC/ETH from BTC rotation Call bear market and cry all you want, that will not make you money in the future.














Macro bottom signals do not come more accurate than this. This is probably my single favourite indicator above all of them. The 1W signal has accurately predicted the bottom within every single period it has reached it. Once the indicator reclaims the middle section after the💥 Bottom signal prints, the low has been, every single time. If the price is weak and has further to drop, it simply will not have enough strength to reclaim the middle line. Nothing and no indicator will ever give you a 100% percent certainty, but some are much better than others. This has 100% track record and I see no reason, when taking into account every other piece of data I am viewing... To believe it will be any different this time.

You can’t calculate calories out anyway, not accurately, not even close. Things that actually influence calories out : -Basal metabolic rate (organ activity, mitochondrial output) -Hormonal environment (thyroid, catecholamines, insulin, cortisol) -Macronutrient composition (carbs, protein, fats → different oxidation, TEF, DNL, storage pathways : you don’t store or use them the same way) -Mitochondrial function (ATP vs heat, uncoupling) -NEAT (spontaneous movement, posture) -Exercise (training intensity & volume) -Muscle mass (small direct effect, big indirect leverage) -Nervous system activity (sympathetic tone, brain demand) -Thermoregulation (body temperature, adaptive thermogenesis) -Substrate cycling (Cori cycle, lipolysis/re-esterification, DNL cost) -Recovery & remodeling (protein turnover, repair) -Digestive & hepatic processing -Sleep & circadian rhythm -Brown fat activity -External modulators (caffeine, drugs, environment) All these parameters can shift calories out by ~500–1500+ kcal/day (and it’s conservative).
