@shermanelis Ohhh this was me with my first. Hit the 18 month sleep regression and spent the next 4 months waking up every. Single. Hour. Of. The. Night. I nearly lost my mind.

I really need to talk to other parents w/ toddlers who hardly ever slept, who had to FIGHT and wrestle to get even a 40 minute nap, who dreaded bedtime because it was always an epic struggle. Because I am at my wits end here folks (this is not a post asking for advice)

@ncackerman I also had to let go of my PhD, and I have to say it was the best decision. Gave me my life and creative freedom back. The weight of this enormous project was holding me back. I hope you find it to be a positive decision too!

@gemcarey Yep Netflix, nap, read a book, listen to music. Snuggling under a cosy blanket on the couch or in bed is a must.
