@StuFraDa @UnamunoAgain I love Scotland, I did the NC 500, Orkney, Skye, Lewis & Harris...& also swam in the Loch Ness...while I didn't see Nessie, I got a skin rash I think it was caused and known as ''swimmer's itch''. Wouldn't recommend swimming there (water was also 15°C) but def recommend visiting

@DrJesseMorse People heard my hamstring pop when I was playing football & got injured. I was told it was grade 3. I didn’t play sport again for 3 months. I had to be carried off the pitch. No chance a grade 4 is playing 30 days later. Something isn’t adding up.
