@FrankSobott @British_Airways Agreed. BA service is abysmal, poorly trained and incompetent staff. The only appealing factor was the fact that BA has their vast presence at Heathrow, and one would hope they’d look after their customer base. Yet, they’ve been so unhelpful, there’s no point in using them.

BA has just demonstrated yet another level of incompetence @British_Airways - 6 hours kept on a plane bound for Montreal, kicked out all passengers at midnight at the airport without accommodation and any support offered.
