@mightieminx The teams that are bad for a really long time are bad because they are making bad picks at the top. Charlotte gets a good GM and starts making good picks? They turn it around fast. OKC tanked for 1 year and immediately turned it around. The Kings suck because they make bad picks.

@mightieminx tanking would be worse without the lottery. Because losing one or two games may get you 3 better picks. Right now they don't need to try to lose every single game.
Really, the problem here is that 1 star can make or break an entire franchise. That can't be fixed.
