@WadzZaman @JustEatUK Had a similar issue this evening. Feel bad for the restaurants that have to waste and then recoil food because there is no Just Eat driver to pick them up.

@JustEatUK I placed an order just before 6pm. I called the restaurant around 6:30pm and they told me the food is ready but no sign of driver. The driver came around 7:30pm almost 1 hour after the food was ready. When I received the food the food was cold and soggy

@villauntrue @JustEatUK Did you have a resolution on this? Having a frustrating evening getting my order and now trying to cancel it. Been almost 5 hours now

@JustEatUK question - my recent order was accepted at 1820, restaurant said it would be with me at 18.20, restaurant on the app said was delivered at 1900 (no food) so I requested my money back, restaurant attempt to deliver at 19.41 1/2

My @JustEatUK order arrived incomplete and they didn’t refund me the items that didn’t arrive instead they said a manager will contact me which they didn’t

@FaoWestJet @JustEatUK Their behaviour across the board is a joke isn’t it? If your food turns up at all it is ruined. Waited hours for a delivery and now can’t cancel.
