@vaillantuk Hi, my heat exchanger has failed on my 4 year old boiler. I'm not in warranty due to not doing annual service, my fault, however why is this failing within 4 years?

@Deliveroo best part of 3 hours, 3 online agents, 2 purposely ending the chat, a 38 min phone call, and still unable to explain to me why I've been charged the incorrect amount. And I'm tired of hearing the same script too. Useless.
