We also generated an in vitro chloroquine treatment model to mimic the mechanism of these changes.🧫📊 Overall, our findings indicate that autophagy is dysfunctional in aged oocytes + provides new info to aid with improvement of #pooroocytequality in #agerelatedinfertility! (2/2)

@AlexEPeters I did a lot of oocyte collection (often into the late evening if I was in the field) during my PhD - I used to see oocytes everywhere afterwards in anything spherical.
